Sophia at Avocet is absolutely brilliant.

From the moment we started speaking she was so thorough and genuinely supportive. She really listened to what I was looking for, kept in regular contact, and went out of her way to get me an interview. Her communication was excellent throughout - always clear, quick to reply, and made the whole process feel so much easier.

Even though I ended up accepting a different role, I still wanted to leave a review because she made such a positive difference. It’s not often you come across a recruiter who’s this professional and still so friendly and easy to deal with!

If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and does a proper job, I couldn’t recommend Sophia more highly. Thank you again, Sophia – it was a real pleasure working with you!
