What inspired you to join Avocet Legal?
I was inspired to join Avocet Legal by witnessing the remarkable journey my wife, Sophia, embarked on when she founded the company in 2023. Seeing her passion, dedication, and the positive impact Avocet Legal was making in the legal recruitment arena, I felt compelled to contribute my skills and abilities to further elevate the success of the firm.

What do you love most about your work?
Operations and Marketing is the perfect mix of making things run like clockwork internally and getting creative with marketing strategies. Bringing these elements together not only keeps things interesting but also plays a key part in Avocet Legal’s success. It’s not just a job; it’s a dynamic and fulfilling journey.
What do you enjoy outside work?
Outside of work, I find joy in long walks with our doggy on the coast or in Dartmoor or practicing my photography skills. These pursuits not only provide balance but also contribute to a well-rounded perspective that enhances my professional endeavors.
What’s your biggest career lesson so far?
Adaptability. In a rapidly changing landscape, being open to new challenges and embracing change isn’t just a survival skill—it’s the key to unlocking unforeseen opportunities. It’s a lesson that keeps me agile and reminds me that in every shift, there’s potential for growth and success.
